The best Israeli to ever play in the NBA - Omri Casspi, and the best American to ever play in Israel - NBA All-Star Amare Stoudemire (who is converting to Judaism), sit down for a conversation about being Jewish, identity, practice, Torah, meaning and a little basketball.
Amare: "It helps me to control my anger, control my thoughts, control my speech, guard my eyes. These lessons that I'm learning along the way are helping me to become a better man and that's ultimately what I'm all about."
Omri: "I felt embarrassed when I got to the US that I knew nothing about Judaism. I [just] knew the basics. I said you know right, it's just not right. I got to do better."
