Researchers at the Technion have developed an algorithm to predict the individual performance of NBA players in upcoming games. Partnering with the Chelsea Football club and using Augmented Reality (AR), an Israeli company has created a virtual coach app appropriately named Perfect Play which allows people to train like international soccer stars - and get real time professional feedback. This is similar to the Israeli app Kemtai which launched earlier this summer - and which my roommate uses - and which is revolutionizing home fitness workouts, right in time for corona. It is a virtual trainer which uses computer vision to give real-time professional feedback as well as tracking. It's also great for people who travel a lot, like me.
