The Alma Center is a fantastic research and educational center in the north of Israel which deals mainly with geopolitical and societal issues affecting the north of the country. On Monday at 12:30PM Eastern Time (7:30PM Israel Time) they will be hosting a webinar on the current negotiations between Israel and Lebanon over their maritime border.
